National Balance Centers are a unique team of Audiologists, Physical Therapists and Medical Doctors, who specialize in providing comprehensive diagnostic assessment and computerized rehabilitation to people who suffer from dizziness, vertigo, postural instability, and various balance disorders, as well as evaluation, education and treatment to people who are at risk of falling.

Vestibular disorders relate to inner ear, which affects equilibrium. Such disorders affect eighty five percent of people suffering from dizziness or vertigo. Balance is also affected by the information that the brain receives through vision and muscle joints. A great number of older people are affected. Because they fall, they become less active in their lifestyle. The lack of activity allows the muscles to degenerate, which in turn make them more susceptible to falling. The center not only provides the necessary physical therapy and vestibular diagnostic testing to combat such problems, it also is equipped with the latest “Space-Age” technology to diagnose various balance disorders and implementation of state-of-the-art comprehensive vestibular rehabilitation therapy plan.

Our new state-of-the-art 5,500 square foot facility is a free-standing building with a large parking area. In addition we are co-operating with a large rehabilitation facility in Kendall, an affiliation with the Miami Jewish Home and Hospital for the Aged in Mid-Miami, a remote diagnostic testing site’s in Pembroke Pines and in North Broward.
